Living Legacy home page with the Protect the people you love, Build a legacy that lasts headline beside the Get a free quote panel with call, text and email buttons

Living Legacy Health and Financial Wellness

A life insurance site where a family meets the two agents before they ever call

Life insurance and retirement planning in Salinas, built as 22 pages in English and Spanish, with a page for every coverage type and a free quote one tap away by call, text or email.

The situation

Living Legacy is Victor and Bernie, two licensed California life insurance agents in Salinas who work through CPIS, the same agency we built CPIS Hub for. They compare plans from several carriers for families across Monterey County, in English and in Spanish, which is why the site is built bilingual like every site we make in Salinas.

Life insurance is a trust purchase. Before anyone picks up the phone, they want to know who they are talking to, whether that person is licensed, and whether they will be pushed into a policy. The site had to answer all three on the first screen.

What we built

  • A home page that leads with the people: Victor and Bernie by name, a short promise to sit down, compare carriers and find coverage that fits the budget, and a Talk to an agent button
  • A Get a free quote panel beside the hero with three ways in, call, text or email, so a visitor uses whichever one feels easiest
  • A page for each coverage type: term life, whole life, indexed universal life, final expense, annuities, and retirement and 401k/403b rollovers, each written in plain language
  • 22 pages in all, 11 in English and 11 in Spanish, at the same addresses under /en and /es, with an Español switch in the header
  • Meet the team, with each agent’s photo, background and California license number
  • A three step How it works, the questions people ask before buying (cost, medical exams, Spanish, quote fees), and office hours and address in the footer
  • The licensing and CPIS disclosure on every page, with a plain note that products vary by carrier and the site is general information, not financial advice
  • Search titles and descriptions written for local searches, starting with Life Insurance Agents in Salinas, CA

What it does now

A family in Salinas can learn what term or final expense coverage is, see the two agents they would be working with and their license numbers, and reach them by call, text or email, in whichever language they prefer, without filling out a form.
