The situation
Booking a venue is a process built on suspicion. Everyone touring venues has heard the story about the friend whose quote grew by a third between the tour and the contract. So the questions are always the same three: what is included, what is it really going to cost, and is my date open.
Most venue sites answer none of those without a form.
What we built
A site that puts all three answers in front of the visitor.
- Open dates available in the header, so the first question is answered before scrolling
- A running band of exactly what makes this venue different: all-inclusive packages, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, exclusive use of the property, indoor-outdoor flexibility, and the skyline views
- No hidden fees stated as a claim on the page rather than a promise made on a call, because that is the objection and it deserves the same prominence as the objection has
- Celebrations for every type of occasion up front, since a venue that only reads as a wedding venue loses quinceañeras, anniversaries and corporate bookings
- A photos section in the main navigation, because a venue decision is made on images and nothing else
- An FAQ carrying the questions that otherwise take up half a tour
What it does now
A couple comparing three venues can see availability, what is included and the pricing posture from La Hacienda Monarca without booking a call first.
