Capital Pensions & Insurance Solutions

The platform an insurance agency runs its whole team on

CPIS Hub: leaderboards, incentives, exam training, a course library, a recruiting pipeline and an AI advisor that reads the team data, in one place agents log into daily.

The situation

An insurance agency does not fail on the sales page. It fails in the gap between hiring an agent and that agent producing. The pieces that close the gap live in different tools that never talk: the leaderboard is a spreadsheet, exam prep is a PDF someone emailed, the recruiting pipeline is a group chat, and the incentive trip is announced once and then never mentioned again.

The cost is not admin time. It is that a new agent cannot see where they stand, what to study next, or what they are working toward, so they drift.

What we built

CPIS Hub, one platform with the whole agent lifecycle in it, grouped the way an agent’s day is grouped.

Sales

  • A live leaderboard, so standing is a thing you check rather than a thing you wait to be told
  • Incentives as real campaigns with a lifecycle: active, upcoming and completed, milestone targets, and participant counts. A trip like Las Vegas Extravaganza stays on screen with progress attached instead of being announced once
  • Rewards and a points balance carried in the sidebar on every screen
  • Material ordering, so agents stop asking the office for collateral

Learn

  • Exam training, for the licensing hurdle that gates a new agent producing at all
  • A course library and a resource library
  • Social graphics, so agents post brand-correct assets without designing anything

Team, recruiting and admin

  • A recruiting pipeline as a first class section, because recruiting is a growth channel for this agency, not an HR task
  • Team and profile views, role-aware admin, and help
  • Sign in with email and password or a magic link, with a thirty day remembered session and a plain warning about shared computers

CPIS Advisor

An AI panel that sits alongside any screen and reads the team’s actual data, the leaderboard, the recruit pipeline, agent profiles and recent badges. It opens with suggested questions a manager actually asks, how the team is doing this month, who the top three agents are, where the recruit pipeline stands, this month against last. It takes typed or spoken questions, and it says plainly that it is an AI reading sales data.

What it does now

An agent opens one tab and sees where they rank, what they are studying, what they are working toward and what they have earned. A manager asks the advisor a question in plain language instead of building a report. Currently shipping as a beta to the agency’s own team.
