The situation
Custom cabinets are a considered purchase with a long decision. The customer is not choosing a company first. They are choosing a door style, then a material, then a finish, and only after all of that do they care who builds it. A site that opens with a company history is answering the last question first.
Twenty years of family ownership and a California license are exactly the reassurance this buyer wants, but they land after the design conversation, not before it.
What we built
Navigation that mirrors the decision.
- Door Styles and Materials as top level sections, because those are the two things a customer actually browses
- A portfolio, since a cabinet buyer trusts a finished kitchen more than any description of one
- Kitchens, closets, bathroom vanities and built-ins named separately, so someone who only needs a closet does not assume they are in the wrong place
- The credentials stated plainly in the opening paragraph: family owned over twenty years, California license #1147851, designed and installed across the Monterey Peninsula and the Bay Area
- A free design consultation as the primary action, and the phone number as the secondary one, because this buyer often wants to talk it through
- An FAQ carrying the questions that otherwise consume the first half of a consultation
What it does now
Someone planning a kitchen can browse door styles and materials, see finished work, and book a design consultation already knowing roughly what they want.
