The situation
Pest control is an emergency purchase. A restaurant that finds something during service is not comparing service philosophies. It is calling whoever can be there first, and a health inspection makes that urgency expensive.
Most pest control sites bury response time under a services list. That gets the ordering exactly backwards.
What we built
A site that answers the only live question first.
- The response window in the first badge on the page: on site within one to three hours, available twenty four seven
- That same promise repeated as a stat block with what it means in practice, contain it first, then eliminate it
- The three counties named explicitly, Santa Cruz, Monterey and Santa Clara, so the visitor knows in one line whether they are covered
- Restaurants and commercial spaces called out beside homes, because a commercial account has different stakes and needs to see itself on the page
- Experience stated as a number rather than a paragraph, eight years of hands on work behind every job
- Get a quote and the phone number both fixed in the header, since half of these visitors will call rather than fill in anything
What it does now
A restaurant manager who needs someone tonight can tell in a single screen whether IC Pest covers them and how fast, then call from the same screen.
