G3 Premier home page with the Love the Home You Live In headline over a house at dusk

G3 Premier

A remodeler that leads with the feeling, then backs it with the guarantee

Kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, siding and windows, sold to homeowners who are not sure which of those they need first.

The situation

Home improvement is emotional before it is technical. A homeowner does not wake up wanting siding. They wake up not liking their house. By the time they are on a contractor site, they are somewhere between that feeling and a specific project, and a page that opens with a services list makes them decide before they are ready.

What we built

A page that meets the homeowner where they are, then narrows.

  • A headline that names the actual want, loving the home you live in, and a second line that promises to handle it
  • The five services listed right underneath in one sentence, so the visitor who does know what they need is not held up by the emotional opener
  • The three things a remodeling customer is actually anxious about answered in the same sentence: on time, on budget, backed by a satisfaction guarantee
  • A single Contact Us action rather than competing buttons, because with this range the next step is a conversation, not a form with a project type dropdown
  • A chat widget for the visitor who has a question but is not ready to be contacted
  • Photography of a finished, lit, ordinary house at dusk rather than a magazine interior, because the buyer is picturing their own street

What it does now

The site catches the homeowner at the feeling stage, tells them the range in one line, and gives them a low-commitment way to start the conversation.
